Groundswell Letter is an email newsletter. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain terms.

What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else. There is one field on the signup form and that is the only field. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, your location or your employer, and we have no way to obtain them.

What we do with it

We do not sell your address. We do not rent it. We do not publish it.

Who else can see it

Your address is stored with the email providers we use to send and deliver the newsletter. They process it on our behalf and under their own terms. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Leaving

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately and you do not have to tell us why. You can also reply to any issue and ask to be removed, and we will do it by hand.

Removal of your data

Unsubscribing stops the email. If you also want your address deleted rather than suppressed, reply to any issue and say so, and we will delete it.

Children

This newsletter is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect addresses from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
